Job summary

E.ON Sverige is seeking a Controller Planning & Analysis to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a full-time fixed-term role for about 10 months starting December 2026, with potential extension.

You will blend financial analysis with data and technology to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights. You will create transparency around our KPIs, contribute to smarter ways of working through digitalization, and collaborate across teams in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• We expect a relevant academic degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• Some professional experience in controlling, financial analysis or finance-related systems is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, planning tools, Qlik Sense or similar BI tools is beneficial.

We are now looking for a Controller Planning & Analysis to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a full-time fixed-term position for approximately 10 months, starting in December 2026, with the possibility of extension.

Your role

As Controller Planning & Analysis, you will have a varied role where you combine financial analysis with an interest in data, technology and business development. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and analysis, while gaining broad insight into E.ON’s financial and operational performance.

An important part of your role will be to create transparency around our performance by following up financial and operational KPIs against our targets. You will also have the opportunity to develop our analyses and contribute to smarter and more efficient ways of working through digitalization, automation and new technology.

In your role, you will:

• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis.


• Analyze financial and operational performance and turn data into insights that support decision-making.


• Develop analyses that help us understand our performance, both internally and in relation to competitors.


• Contribute to the digital development of Controlling through standardization, dashboards, automation and AI.

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you have a relevant academic degree in finance, business administration or a related field and an interest in how data and technology can be used within finance. You have gained some relevant professional experience, preferably within controlling, financial analysis or finance-related systems in a larger or complex organization. Experience with SAP, planning tools, Qlik Sense or similar business intelligence tools is beneficial.

You are curious and motivated by challenges that help both you and the business develop. With an analytical mindset and a genuine interest in technology, you enjoy understanding the bigger picture and connecting financial insights with business needs. You communicate complex financial topics in a clear and accessible way and are comfortable sharing your perspectives with others. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you value working together, sharing knowledge and learning from others to achieve shared goals. As digitalization and technology continue to shape our finance function, we hope you share our curiosity for smarter and more efficient ways of working. As our work takes place in both Swedish and English, you are comfortable communicating in both languages.
