Job summary

E.ON Sverige is seeking a Controller Planning & Analysis to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team. This is a full-time fixed-term role for about 10 months starting December 2026, with potential extension.

You will blend financial analysis with data and technology to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance insights. You will create transparency around our KPIs, contribute to smarter ways of working through digitalization, and collaborate across teams in Swedish and English.

Qualifications

• We expect a relevant academic degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• Some professional experience in controlling, financial analysis or finance-related systems is preferred.
• Experience with SAP, planning tools, Qlik Sense or similar BI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational performance and turn data into insights for decision-making.
• Develop analyses to understand performance internally and relative to competitors.
• Support digital development of Controlling through dashboards, automation and AI.
