Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Transformation Consultant to align clients' people, processes and technology with business strategy. You will co-innovate transformation roadmaps, support delivery and sales, and identify opportunities through process discoveries and journey mapping.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of BPM & CX services.
• Ability to build transformation roadmaps for clients.
• Experience in transformation/process re-engineering (RPA, cognitive, bots).
• Strong knowledge of AI-enabled conversation bots (chat, email, social, knowledge bots).
• Experience with process discoveries and designing process documents.
• Experience deploying projects and implementing new technologies.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

The role:As a Consultant, Transformation, you will help Concentrix's clients align their people, processes and technology with a business strategy and vision, for future success.You will work proactively with clients, Concentrix Sales and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, etc.You will be a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. You'll use best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations.You will:• Co-innovate with our clients to outline transformation roadmaps.• Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth• Opportunity Identification by conducting detailed Process Discoveries &/ Customer Journey Mapping• Develop Innovative solutions which helps in addressing the identified people, process, technology opportunities.• Lead innovation related discussion with the clients during pre-sales meetings, client orals, Due Diligence, site visits, business review meetings, innovation councils and Consulting engagements• Work closely with project management, IT, delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results / impact.• Create a culture of problem solving by imparting trainings • Identify new technologies which can help us improve CNX &/ our client’s business processes• Improve existing technology assets / offerings by contributing in refining product backlogs and by supporting POCs.What you need to have is:• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channels• Solution Building – Business Transformation Roadmaps• Transformation / Process Re-engineering (RPA, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics)• Strong understanding of AI enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots, etc)• Expertise in conducting Process Discoveries & write Process Design Documents• Experience with project deployment• Expereince with implementation of new technology• Fluency in Swedish and English
