Job summary

Concentrix Sweden AB seeks a Consultant, Transformation to help clients align people, processes and technology with strategic goals. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design innovative solutions such as RPA, AI-enabled bots, QA automation, and analytics, acting as a trusted advisor and change agent.

You will identify transformative opportunities, co-create roadmaps, and lead discussions in pre-sales and client engagements while working with IT and delivery teams to implement

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX channels.
• Transformation / Process Re-engineering (RPA, Cognitive, Bots, Messaging, Analytics)
• Expertise in AI-enabled Conversation Bots (Chat Bots, Email Bots, Social Bots, Knowledge Bots)
• Experience with Process Discoveries & writing Process Design Documents
• Experience with project deployment and implementing new technology
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Responsibilities

• Co-innovate with clients to outline transformation roadmaps.
• Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and growth.
• Identify opportunities via detailed Process Discoveries & Customer Journey Mapping
• Develop innovative solutions addressing people, process and technology opportunities

• Foster a culture of problem solving through trainings

Job Title: Consultant, Transformation

Job Description The role: As a Consultant, Transformation, you will help Concentrix's clients align their people, processes and technology with a business strategy and vision, for future success. You will work proactively with clients, Concentrix Sales and delivery teams to solution and deliver on innovative solutions like Robotics Process Automation, AI enabled Conversation Bots, QA Automation, Speech Analytics, Text Analytics, etc. You will be a trusted business advisor & change agent, responsible for working with clients to identify strategic capabilities that create competitive advantage. These capabilities may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement or knowledge. You'll use best practices, benchmarking, and consultative tools to identify, align and change the factors that affect organizational performance, stability, and teaming, to develop comprehensive strategic and tactical transformation recommendations.

You will:

• Co-innovate with our clients to outline transformation roadmaps.
• Support delivery, account management, sales teams in problem solving and driving business growth
• Opportunity Identification by conducting detailed Process Discoveries & Customer Journey Mapping
• Develop Innovative solutions which helps in addressing the identified people, process, technology opportunities.
• Lead innovation related discussion with the clients during pre-sales meetings, client orals, Due Diligence, site visits, business review meetings, innovation councils and Consulting engagements
• Work closely with project management, IT, delivery teams to implement solutions as designed and monitor results / impact.
• Create a culture of problem solving by imparting trainings
• Identify new technologies which can help us improve CNX & our client’s business processes
• Improve existing technology assets / offerings by contributing in refining product backlogs and by supporting POCs.

What you need to have is:

• Comprehensive understanding of Business Process Service & CX business & associated channels
