Desired skills and experience

We believe you have experience in driving or contributing to transformation projects and understand what it takes to lead change through technology. You know how to create sustainable change and deliver real impact over time, and you bring functional expertise in areas such as:

• Formulating cloud strategies and leading transformation journeys with a clear focus on value realization

• Driving decision intelligence initiatives to strengthen business insight

• Shaping organizational development, including designing and rolling out new operating models within business technology organizations

• Leading transformation initiatives that focus on long-term value realization and business impact

• Other engagements focusing on value realisation within a business technology organization

We are looking for people who:

• Have 6 - 12 years of experience in management consulting or a similar setting

• with a strong drive for sales and business development, combined with hands‑on experience and solid commercial skills

• Want to grow within the tech transformation area and develop our offering

• Bring an inclusive mindset and excellent leadership skills

• Believe in fun as a competitive advantage

• Have the tools and passion to support clients on their transformation journey

• Thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and develop Knowit Ascend

• Are fluent in Swedish and English and live in the Stockholm region
