Job summary

Install AB is growing within infrastructure and is now looking for a site manager/project manager for our concrete operations. You will hold a central role in production – ensuring day-to-day work runs smoothly and projects move forward.

You will lead daily field work, coordinate resources, and act as the link between project management and production, driving execution with a hands-on leadership style. We value responsible leadership, collaboration across functions, and a safe, efficient work

Qualifications

• Experience from construction or civil infrastructure, preferably concrete.
• Clear, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on leadership close to production.
• Confident decision making in everyday work.
• Understanding of how production, resources and planning connect.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, one-step-ahead environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and allocate the daily work in production.
• Ensure work follows the plan, drawings and instructions.
• Follow up on production, time and resources at activity level.
• Ensure materials, equipment and staffing are in place.
• Actively work with the work environment and safety in daily work.
• Report progress, deviations and needs to project/production management.
• Support the team in methods, structure and execution.
