Job summary

SkillHuset Sweden AB is seeking an experienced Site Service Development Lead for a major Mini Mill project in Luleå. You will lead site infrastructure efforts from planning through handover, coordinating internal owners teams, contractors and consultants on roads, laydown areas, utilities and accommodation facilities.

You will ensure scope definition, cost control and timely delivery while maintaining safety and quality across all phases of the project, with strong focus on stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in civil/construction/infra engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in construction, infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Experience in PM/CM within Owner’s or client organizations.
• Proven track record delivering civil works and site infrastructure projects.
• Strong contractor and consultant management experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, RFQs, tender evaluations and contracts.
• Strong cost control, scheduling, risk management and change-control skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure and construction projects through planning, design, procurement and execution.
• Define project scope, technical requirements, schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Support RFQs, tender evaluations and contractor selection.
• Monitor progress, quality, HSEQ compliance and contractor performance.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, risks, changes and schedules.
• Coordinate permits, inspections and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with construction standards and site requirements.
• Manage punch lists, final inspections and handover.
