Job summary

Install AB is growing within infrastructure and is now looking for a site manager/project manager for our concrete operations. You will hold a central role in production – ensuring day-to-day work runs smoothly and projects move forward.

You will lead daily field work, coordinate resources, and act as the link between project management and production, driving execution with a hands-on leadership style. We value responsible leadership, collaboration across functions, and a safe, efficient work

Qualifications

• Experience from construction or civil infrastructure, preferably concrete.
• Clear, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Hands-on leadership close to production.
• Confident decision making in everyday work.
• Understanding of how production, resources and planning connect.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, one-step-ahead environment.

Install is growing within infrastructure and is now looking for a site manager/project manager for our concrete operations. Here, you will have a central role in production – with responsibility for ensuring that the work runs smoothly day-to-day and drives projects forward.

About the roles

As a site manager/foreman with us, you will work closely with production and lead the daily work in the field. You will ensure that the work is carried out according to plan, drawings and instructions – and that the right resources are in place at the right time. You are the link between project management and production, and play an important role in making the overall picture function in practice, day by day.

Responsibilities

Who are you?

You have experience in construction/infrastructure, preferably in concrete, and thrive in a role where you are close to production and make things work in practice. You are used to taking responsibility in everyday life, prioritising correctly and creating structure in a dynamic role. At the same time, you build trust within the team and collaborate easily with different functions.
