Job summary

Stegra is seeking a Social Sustainability Coordinator to build constructive relationships with the local community and advance social initiatives at its Boden operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan, deliver and monitor community activities with a focus on safety, inclusion and impact.

The role requires fluent Swedish and English, strong coordination and communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with fluency in Swedish and English.
Strong relationship-building abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
Solid coordination and project-management skills from planning to execution.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and documentation skills with digital tools.
Experience planning, coordinating or leading group activities or events is a plus.
Hospitality/event-management background is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with the local community and stakeholders.
Plan, coordinate and deliver community engagement activities with internal teams and partners.
Manage communication between Stegra and the local community, addressing questions and concerns.
Handle community grievances professionally and escalate when needed.
Monitor, document and report on community activities and outcomes.
Operate and maintain Stegra's meeting place and lookout tower, open to the public weekly 13:00–17:00.
Gather feedback and use engagement outcomes to improve activities.
