Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 7 years of direct material purchasing experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and excellent Excel skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Knowledge of commodities such as stamping, metals, plastics, fasteners, rubber, or welded assemblies.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

In this role, you will lead supplier management activities, coordinate regional and global sourcing projects, and work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure competitive costs, reliable supply, and strong supplier performance.
