Job summary

TitanX Engine Cooling AB in Sweden is seeking a Test Center Manager to lead our testing laboratory, develop capabilities, and drive performance across automotive projects. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience testing automotive cooling components or related systems.
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams and managing budgets.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Plan and prioritize testing activities to meet project requirements and business objectives.
• Ensure testing is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and internal procedures.

About the role

As Test Center Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and development of our testing laboratory. You will lead a team of Test Engineers and Technicians and ensure that our testing operations deliver accurate, reliable, and timely results to support product development and customer projects.

This is a key leadership role where you will combine strategic planning with operational excellence, continuously developing our laboratory capabilities, equipment, and people.

Reporting to the Advanced Engineering Director, you will collaborate closely with R&D, Project Management, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders across the organization.

Your responsibilities

As Test Center Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop the daily operations of the Test Center.

Your profile

We're looking for an experienced engineering leader who combines strong technical knowledge with the ability to inspire, develop, and engage others.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can influence both strategy and daily operations, while building a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• A Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 10 years of experience in testing automotive cooling components or similar automotive systems.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving operational performance.
• Good knowledge of automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949 and management systems including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
