Sheraton Stockholm Hotel invites applications for a Chef in the Banqueting Kitchen to join our newly renovated Conference and Event floor in Stockholm. You will prepare and present food for banquets and events, taking responsibility for your section’s quality and service standards.

We value culinary education, at least 3 years of banqueting experience, and strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Culinary education and/or relevant on-the-job training.
• At least 3 years of culinary experience, preferably within banqueting or high-volume production.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, speed and accuracy.
• Good teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of recipes, production methods and presentation standards.
• Flexibility according to operational needs.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve food for banquets, events and buffets.
• Take full responsibility for your section, including quality, preparation and presentation.
• Support ordering, stock control and stock rotation when required.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Work closely with the kitchen and Banqueting team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
