Job summary

Playground Tech in Stockholm is seeking a commercially minded, people-first Sales Driver to own the end‑to‑end commercial journey for cloud consultancy projects and managed platform services.

You will hunt new opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and act as the commercial anchor for our consultants and cloud initiatives. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with 5–10 years of B2B tech sales experience in Sweden.

Qualifications

• B2B tech sales track record with 5-10 years in Sweden.
• Experience selling tech solutions, cloud infrastructure or consulting services.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from hunt to close for cloud consultancy and managed services.
• Coach consultants before client interviews and spot growth in active accounts.
• Collaborate with cloud platform partners to co-sell and win opportunities.
• Lead client discovery workshops translating cloud architectures into business value.
• Work with recruitment to attract senior engineers and grow the bench.
• Maintain CRM and produce airtight quotes with management.
