g2 Recruitment is seeking an Estimator to support infrastructure and construction tendering in Stockholm. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, perform quantity take-offs, and evaluate supplier quotations, collaborating with project teams and subcontractors to drive competitive bids.

The role requires strong procurement and analytical skills, experience with civil/infrastructure projects, and fluency in Swedish and English for onsite work in Stockholm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Estimator, Cost Estimator, Tender Engineer, Bid Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, or Cost Engineer.
• Strong experience in quantity take-offs, procurement, cost estimation, and tendering activities.
• Experience working on civil, infrastructure, utility, energy, construction, or data centre projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and contract documentation.
• Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
• Experience working with subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Stockholm for the duration of the project.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and construction projects.
• Complete quantity take-offs from drawings, specs, and tender docs.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Support procurement and engage with the supply chain.
• Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals.
• Identify risk and value engineering opportunities.
• Review project drawings, specs, and contract docs.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers during tendering.
