A leading EPC firm in Stockholm is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial tasks for MEP packages and support cost control across mechanical, electrical, and piping systems. The ideal candidate has experience in MEP cost management on EPC or industrial projects, along with knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contracts. Responsibilities include quantity take-offs, change control, and regular reporting to stakeholders, making this a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEP cost management on EPC, data centre, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of FIDIC, NEC, or EPC contractual structures.
• Competency in MTO development and progress measurement.

Responsibilities
