Job summary

Trimble Inc. is seeking a Technical Customer Support Consultant in Sandvika, Norway. You will help civil engineering customers master Trimble tools, troubleshoot complex software challenges, and influence sustainable infrastructure projects across the region.

You will work with Novapoint and Quadri, train users, create guides, and collaborate with a global team. Norwegian and English proficiency are essential, with around 5% travel expected.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Trimble civil software solutions, specifically Novapoint and/or Quadri.
• Practical experience in Road, Rail, or Water and Wastewater infrastructure design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Norwegian and good English.
• Service-minded with a passion for solving problems and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert support via phone, email, and remote access.
• Partner with customers to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve intricate software challenges.
• Create online resources, including FAQs, best-practice videos, and step-by-step guides.
• Conduct online and classroom training sessions to educate and upskill customers.
• Perform software testing to ensure high quality and seamless functionality for end users.
