Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Lead to drive AI-enabled transformation across Supply Chain and Sales/Customer Experience. You will shape opportunities, build business cases, and guide cross-functional teams through pilots and scalable capabilities.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders to deliver measurable value, leveraging GenAI, intelligent workflows, and responsible AI practices within a transformation program.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business priorities into AI-enabled transformation opportunities.
• Ability to create compelling business cases, KPI baselines and ROI logic.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops with business, IT, data, architecture and delivery teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate value to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI opportunity discovery across value chain with focus on Supply Chain and Sales/Customer Experience.
• Translate business pain points into prioritized AI, GenAI and agentic AI use cases.
• Create business cases, value hypotheses, KPI baselines, ROI logic and benefit tracking models.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-led process redesign and responsible AI adoption.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists and delivery teams to convert concepts into pilots and MVPs.
• Coordinate with Transformation Management Office to manage scope, risks and adoption plans.
