Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of engineering experience with substantial platform ownership.
• Recent experience with Java or C# is preferred.
• Full-stack exposure is a nice to have, but backend depth is prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, build, and rollout of Neko's internal AI developer platform.
• Set long-term direction for AI agents, tooling, and underlying systems.
• Deliver measurable improvements to developer speed, reliability, and autonomy.

Skills

Proven experience building and shipping an internal developer platform

Strong track record leading agentic or AI-assisted development work

Real backend engineering depth

Experience rolling out platform tooling to 20-30+ developers

Expertise with workflow engines
