Job summary

Dolphin Group operates a chicken farm near Ystad, Sweden. We seek experienced farm workers to supervise laying hens and assist egg production on a 2 months on / 2 months off rotation. Roles are on-site with accommodation per company standards.

Two positions are available; candidates should be physically fit, fluent in English or Swedish, and hold a valid driver's license B. Self-employed contract with travel support is offered.

About this recruitment

We are recruiting 2 farm workers for a well-established family-operated chicken farm near Ystad, Sweden. The work involves daily supervision of laying hens and egg production. The two positions rotate – each worker is on site for 2 months, then has 2 months off. This creates a recurring opportunity for the right candidates.

Working hours and pay

Minimum 50 hours per week (highly likely a bit more when it’s needed).

Regular contract

If approved after the probationary period, a regular self-employed contract commences.

Tasks

Daily supervision of laying hens and packaging of eggs, as well as other tasks related to egg production. Simple repairs and cleaning may also occur. Building maintenance may also be required.

The ultimate client

Well-established family-operated chicken farm. Management is Swedish and a handful of workers mainly resident in Sweden work at the farm.

Accommodation

Accommodation follows Dolphin Group minimum standards, including WIFI available. Individual bedrooms and shared kitchen and toilets.
The accommodation is on the farm. Closest supermarket, pharmacy, health centre at the main city 11 km away.

Car is possible to borrow from the farm manager for essential use.Client will supply work clothClient will supply bedclothes

Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).
