Extension possible for prolongation to long-term contract after the first 6 months.Swedish Self-Employment recruitment (expected fiscal expenses 37% – depends on annual income level), alternative posted self-employed from the country of residence rules apply.

Working hours and pay

Minimum 45 hours/ week (Can be up to 50 hours).
Work is following by planned shifts in one month advance.

Work is planned at present to:
Milking shifts 05.00 / 13.00 and 21:00
Calf care 07.00 – 08.00 then free time until 14.00 – 15.00 calf care
One-two days off per week.

Qualifications

Overall assessment of positive details such as:

• Communicative English or Lithuanian
• Experience from milk farming, cows and calves.
• Positive to teamwork
• Positive to physical work
• Having good health condition
• Drivers licence B is a plus

If approved after the test period, the regular contract will commence.

Tasks

Dealing with the milking process and handling mainly cows and calves daily tasks.

Well established family farm with current staff from Sweden and Lithuania.

Accommodation

Accommodation follows the Dolphin Group minimum standards and includes Wi‑Fi access.
Contractors have individual bedrooms with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
The accommodation is located on the farm.

Kitchen and two rooms in spacious privat apartment; internet is available and all necessary needs.Bed linen is PROVIDED by the client.Work clothes PROVIDED by the client.

Paid travel to and from the country of origin at arrival and departure by Dolphin Group Company at assignment for less than a year (not paid break travel during assignment).

• Offered Swedish self-employment as a partner with assistance to get registered and filing with the authorities.
• Support by Dolphin internal staff for administration, travel, and miscellaneous details.
• Candidate must have a full passport (not only national ID).
