We are recruiting 1 tractor and loader driver (farm machinery operator) for a large family‑owned pig farm near Åhus in southern Sweden. The position is offered as a self‑employed assignment through Dolphin Group.
Minimum 40 hours per week; may extend to a maximum of 80 hours in extreme conditions.
€22.50/hour (after approved arrival test)
During the probationary arrival test, payment is €20 per hour.
Self‑employment rules apply (expected fiscal expenses around 37% depending on annual income).
Strong, experienced operator in combine harvesting, chopping, both types of baling, and manure handling.
Repair and maintenance skills, including welding, turning, and general machinery repairs.
Initial application, 14‑day arrival test, and final regular contract if successful.
The candidate travels to the farm for a 14‑day arrival test period, compensated at €20 per hour.
If successful after the arrival test, a 3‑month contract commences at €22.50 per hour, with possible extension.
Operate combine harvesting, forage chopping, square and round baling, and both solid and liquid manure spreading. Conduct repair and maintenance work—including welding, turning, lathe operations, and general machinery repairs—on modern machinery fleet.
The farm provides accommodation meeting Dolphin Group minimum standards, including Wi‑Fi, individual bedrooms, and a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Bedding and work clothes are provided.
