We're looking for a Head of Change Management to work for a leading name within the entertainment space.

Responsibilities:

• Creating & delivering against a 3-5 year strategic IT investment strategy roadmap for all business segments
• Upkeep and modify the Budget to manage and support current solutions, as well as to satisfy the business's tactical demands for further development.
• Deal with contracts for third-party vendors for the maintenance and development of existing and future system solutions.
• Defining and implementing the change process. To guarantee SOx compliance and good development practises, establish traceability and utilisation of current ticketing and version management systems.
• Responsible for ensuring that the territory's IT roadmap is in line with Group IT strategic objectives and investments.
• Responsible for all IT projects, ensuring that they are defined, managed, budgeted, and reported in collaboration with project managers and the PMO.
• As a manager, be responsible for Change Managers, Business Analysts, and App Specialists, as well as IT Change Delivery.

The Package:

Basic salary: 70,000 - 100,000 SEK per month depending on experience
