Job summary

CMC are seeking a Senior CFD Engineer for an extended on-site engagement in Stockholm, Sweden. The role requires immediate availability and a 5+ year track record in CFD, ideally with pumps, propellers or multiphase flow.

Proficiency in CF-turbo and BladePro, plus meshing in ANSA or Ansys TurboGrid, is essential. Experience with Ansys CFX (or CFD++) including transient and frozen rotor methods is required, along with strong technical reporting and ability to work within the client's

Qualifications

Job description

CMC are currently looking for a Senior CFD Engineer to support an exciting new deployment based in Stockholm, Sweden.

The client is a pioneering organisation within the engineering sector.

This is an initial Long term contract, with strong potential for extension. The role requires full-time, on-site presence in Stockholm. We’re looking for someone who is available to start immediately.

In order to suit the project requirements, you should have the following experience:

• 5+ years CFD experience, ideally with pumps, propellers, or multiphase flow
• Proficiency in CF-turbo and BladePro (turbomachinery geometry/blade tools)
• Meshing skills in ANSA or Ansys TurboGrid
• Solver experience in Ansys CFX (or CFD++), including transient and frozen rotor methods
• Strong technical reporting and ability to work within the client's software/cluster setup
