Job summary

Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a CAE Engineer - Safety Centre Material Investigation to strengthen our team in Gothenburg, Sweden.

This is a short-term assignment with an estimated duration of 2.5 months, requiring full-time on-site support.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer to support the evaluation of material failure models within crashworthiness development projects. The assignment involves assessing material model performance through physical crash test analysis and CAE simulations, providing recommendations, and supporting decision-making for future development activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze physical crash test results and document structural failure behavior
• Compare physical test data with simulation results and evaluate correlation
• Recommend model improvements and support implementation when required
• Assess model stability, deformation behavior, and key CAE performance indicators
• Document findings and present technical recommendations to stakeholders
