Prepare and develop monthly KPI reporting and purchasing reports.
Ensure compliance with internal and external supply agreements.

Act as backup in PR/PO/IR handling and daily purchasing activities.

Job description

Support local requesters in Oracle iProcurement, including training, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance
Liaise daily with the global ordering procurement team (Malaysia) to support PO placement, order follow-up, and issue resolution
Capture and drive negotiation opportunities within the PR process
Assist Logistics with material planning and supplier forecasting
