  • Drive supplier performance management and supplier relationship development.
  • Identify and execute negotiation and sourcing opportunities.
  • Conduct risk analysis to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
  • Support development and execution of category strategies.
  • Prepare and develop monthly KPI reporting and purchasing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external supply agreements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement.
  • Act as backup in PR/PO/IR handling and daily purchasing activities.

Job description

  • Support local requesters in Oracle iProcurement, including training, troubleshooting, and workflow guidance
  • Liaise daily with the global ordering procurement team (Malaysia) to support PO placement, order follow-up, and issue resolution
  • Capture and drive negotiation opportunities within the PR process
  • Assist Logistics with material planning and supplier forecasting
  • Drive supplier performance management and supplier relationship development
