Job summary

SIL Mauritius is seeking a capable IT Analyst to translate business needs into effective software solutions. You will collaborate with users, clients, and the project team to model processes, write user stories, and define system requirements using Azure DevOps.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (ICT preferred) and about three years of hands-on experience in analysis, design, and development. You will work in an agile environment to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, ICT preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in analysis, design, development or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs and translate into IT solutions.
• Communicate with users and liaise with clients.
• Redesign processes and propose IT systems to improve efficiency.
• Translate requirements into System Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Write user stories in Analyze phase using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Developers, QA, Scrum Masters.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and run workshops.
