Job summary

Einride in Sweden is seeking a Business Development Manager Nordics to drive profitable growth across the Nordic region, based in Stockholm or Gothenburg. You will partner with Product, Ops, and Deployment to create high-value customer solutions and win new business.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 2+ years in startups or logistics, with fluency in English and a Nordic language, and willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in a startup/scale-up, a logistics function, or a relevant management trainee program.
• Proven track record in driving growth and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region for customer engagement and events.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish or Norwegian preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial strategy and revenue expansion across the Nordic region, focusing on new customer acquisition.
• Own key accounts end-to-end, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers across logistics, supply chain, operations, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal Product, Ops, and Deployment teams to design high-value customer solutions.
• Represent Einride at industry events, panels, and meetings to promote EV and autonomous freight transition.

Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). Your mission when joining Einride as a Business Development Manager Nordics will be to drive profitable growth in the Nordic region. Reporting to the Head of Nordics, this is a crucial, high-impact role where you will partner closely with Business Unit Solution Development, Charging and Operations to ensure customer success and identify new business opportunities.

You will

• Drive Nordic Growth: Lead commercial strategy and revenue expansion across the Nordic region, focusing on new customer acquisition.
• Manage Full Sales Cycles: Own key accounts end-to-end, from prospecting and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build Executive Trust: Cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers across logistics, supply chain, operations, and sustainability.
• Co-Create Solutions: Collaborate with internal Product, Ops, and Deployment teams to design feasible, high-value customer solutions.
• Evangelize Sustainable Freight: Represent Einride at key industry events, panels, and meetings to promote EV and autonomous freight transition.

We expect you to:

• Education: Master’s degree (e.g., civilingenjör or civilekonom).
• Experience: 2+ years in a startup/scale-up, a logistics function, or a relevant management trainee program.
• Core Competencies: Proven track record in problem-solving, stakeholder alignment, and driving change in high-growth environments.
• Growth Mindset: High intellectual curiosity with an eagerness to master the freight, EV, and autonomous tech ecosystem.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the region for customer engagement and events.
• Languages: Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish or Norwegian preferred).
