Einride is seeking a Customer Success Agent to join the Regional Operations team, supporting customers in the Nordics and the UK and ensuring operational excellence. Based in Stockholm or Gothenburg, you will collaborate with Operational Account Managers to optimize customer experience and drive seamless logistics performance.

You will manage daily operations, serve as the primary contact for carriers and workshops, analyze KPIs, handle inquiries, support deployments, and conduct on-site go-live

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within operations, logistics, or a similar environment is a plus.
• Service-minded, solution-oriented, and data-driven.
• Independent and confident in your ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Hands-on mentality, comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment.
• Passionate about new technology (electric transport) and sustainability.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations, including vehicle and shift planning, ensuring seamless logistics performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our customers and partners, such as carriers and workshops.
• Analyze and optimize performance to ensure that agreed KPIs and SLAs are achieved.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries.
• Monitor the support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations.
• Support customer deployment projects.
• Conduct on-site customer visits and provide go-live support.

As a Customer Success Agent you will be a part of the Regional Operations team, working and supporting customers in the Nordics and the UK ensuring operational excellence.

You will

We expect you to:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (e.g., Business, Supply Chain, Logistics).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within operations, logistics, or a similar environment is a plus
• Strong collaborator and communicator with excellent organizational skills
• Service-minded, solution-oriented, and data-driven
• Independent and confident in your ability to prioritize and make decisions
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Hands-on mentality, comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment
• Passionate about new technology (electric transport) and sustainability

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
