Job summary

emagine in Södertälje is seeking a Business Controller for a 3-month, on-site assignment with immediate start. You will join a global finance team and help enable robust steering and planning across R&D projects.

The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, KPI follow-up, and partnering with management to drive strategic decisions in a changing environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar finance controlling role.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience supporting or partnering with management teams.
• Experience working in an international and global business environment is highly desirable.

Role Summary

Are you intrested in joing a diverse team of business controllers with ambition to support our Reseach & Development business? We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Business Controller with a strong passion to enable good steering and planning processes and tools.The role involves supporting and driving financial processes, participating in strategic decision-making and ensuring that financial targets are met. Research & Development is currently undergoing major changes in ways of working, systems and roles - and Controlling is evolving accordingly. Operating in a global context, Controlling plays an important role as a business partner. You will actively contribute to designing and implementing the future financial management model.

Education

• Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Controlling or a similar finance controlling role.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience supporting or partnering with management teams.

• Experience with financial closing processes, KPI follow-up, and performance management.
