Job summary

Rasulson Consulting AB is seeking a seasoned Business Architect to drive SAP-enabled transformation across multiple business domains. You will document, analyze and optimize processes, collaborating with business stakeholders and SAP teams.

You will lead workshops, map current and future state processes, maintain models and information flows, and contribute to the overall transformation roadmap. Fluent English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Architect, Analyst or Process Architect.
• Ability to document and model complex business processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and enterprise system landscapes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related business domains.
• Hands-on experience in modeling, requirements management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to grasp business objectives and technical constraints.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Business Architect – SAP-Enabled Business Transformation

About The Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Business Architect to support ongoing business transformation initiatives within an SAP landscape. You will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, Solution Architects and SAP teams to document, assess and improve business processes across several functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear picture of how the business works today, define future-state processes and ensure that business requirements, information flows and SAP-supported solutions stay aligned
• Run process-mapping workshops and review existing processes and system support
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Define and maintain business process models, capability maps and information models
• Support process harmonization across organizations and markets
• Help turn business needs into sustainable solutions and contribute to the wider business architecture roadmap

Meritorious Skills

• Background in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
• Experience with process harmonization across multiple business units and countries
• Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process mining and documentation tools
• Experience from large-scale ERP transformation programs
