Job summary

Aarke Sweden in Stockholm is seeking a Content Manager who will own content strategy and the full content calendar, partnering with performance marketing and e-commerce to keep storytelling sharp, consistent, and commercially connected.

You will lead hands-on production of short-form video, photography, and written content, test new formats, and use AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency while maintaining Aarke's premium design voice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content creation, content marketing, or social media.
• Experience owning end-to-end content strategies and projects.
• Proven experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs with data-driven optimization.
• Hands-on production and editing across short-form video, photography, and social formats.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Aarke's content strategy, aligned with brand direction and commercial priorities.
• Own the full content calendar end-to-end, managing timelines and dependencies.
• Collaborate with performance marketing and e-commerce teams on conversion metrics.
• Lead hands-on production, editing, and publishing of high-quality visual content in-house.
• Adapt and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and other platforms.
• Define, track, and report KPIs; continuously optimize output based on data.
• Manage external productions, agencies, and freelancers to fit brand standards.
• Stay ahead of trends and leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and performance.
