Job summary

Nord Gas Solutions in Kalmar, Sweden, seeks a Service Sales Manager to drive the service market for biogas upgrading and liquefaction solutions across Scandinavia and Northern Europe. You will identify opportunities, develop commercial offers, and lead a team of Service Offering engineers to win contracts.

You will strengthen customer relationships, collaborate with engineering and management, and travel frequently within Scandinavia and occasionally Europe to ensure service delivery and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience within the biogas, energy, or process industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop the service market in Sweden, Scandinavia, and selected Northern European markets for biogas upgrading and liquefaction solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities within our services offering and drive them from lead generation to contract award, including budget proposals, commercial offers, customer presentations, and negotiations leading to signed agreements.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers and strategic partners, with customer success in mind.
• Build and maintain a strong network within our existing and potential new customers.
• Lead a team of Service Offering engineers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project execution, and management teams to ensure successful customer engagement and service delivery.
