Job summary

St1 Biokraft seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead the Mönsterås production site, driving asset operations, maintenance and daily performance. You will shape the operating model, improve planning and ensure clear ownership within the site organization.

You will collaborate with regional management, process specialists, maintenance, logistics and suppliers to achieve reliable, safe and cost-efficient production, while advancing the biomethane platform in the Nordics.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in industrial operations.
• Strong understanding of daily operations, maintenance planning and production follow-up.
• Experience with safety, reliability and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance at the Mönsterås site daily.
• Develop and implement the site’s operating model and planning routines.
• Strengthen interfaces with feedstock planning, logistics, suppliers and central functions.
