Job summary

Accenture Nordics is seeking Banking Delivery Leads at experienced levels to manage projects or programs and lead the people in technology project deliveries for banking clients.

You will help our clients succeed within Accenture engagements, applying knowledge of agile, waterfall, and delivery models, plus strong Swedish and English communication, residency in Sweden, and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a technical or business school
• 5-10 years of experience in lead positions within Banking & development projects
• Strong industry knowledge of banking processes
• Understanding of delivery models (agile, scaled agile, waterfall)
• Ability to define and track KPIs for stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communications in Swedish and English
• Resident in Sweden

Responsibilities

• Lead the project, program, or service engagement according to engagement specifications and implementation plans
• Track and report work progress, budget, risks to client and Accenture management
• Lead and support the people in the project engagement, helping talent grow
• Foster and nurture client engagement relationships
• Participate in sales and contract management activities
