Job summary

Accenture Banking Technology Unit is searching for talented individuals to manage technical transformations aligned with business objectives. This role requires expertise in Payments and Cards, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Candidates will engage with diverse teams, communicating high-level needs to development teams in a dynamic work environment.

Successful applicants will possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree and ideally 5 years of relevant experience. Opportunities exist for continuous learning and wellbeing in a flexible environment.

Qualifications

Professional Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree from a technical or business school
• Ideally you would have at least 5 years of experience within Payments and Cards projects
• Strong business acumen & technical knowledge of banking systems and processes
• Good understanding of market practice and regulations
• Solution architecture and able to communicate high‑level requirements to the development team
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• High drive, entrepreneurial attitude and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
