Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Gothenburg is seeking an M365 Technical Advisor to guide clients on Azure and Microsoft 365 architectures. This hands-on role emphasizes design and implementation, not just management, and involves working with leading M365 professionals to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires designing and implementing Azure and M365 solutions, advising on security, identity, and Modern Workplace, and collaborating with IT leadership across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Design and implement Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience with Azure governance, landing zones, and tenant/subscription design.
• Strong knowledge of M365 security and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Good understanding of AD DS, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design Azure and M365 architectures, roadmaps, and solutions.
• Advise across M365, Azure, identity, security, and Modern Workplace.
• Design and implement technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, PIM, Defender, EOP, and MCAS.
• Provide technical recommendations and decision support to IT leadership.
• Support architecture reviews, procurements, supplier discussions, and technical workshops.
• Contribute to internal methods, AI initiatives, and ways of working.
