Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an M365 Technical Advisor in Stockholm to guide clients through Azure and M365 architecture and security decisions. You will work closely with Swedish and international clients, shaping roadmaps and delivering bespoke Microsoft 365 solutions.

Join a team of Microsoft specialists, engage in design reviews, workshops, and strategic advisory, and enjoy opportunities to attend industry events and travel in Europe. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
Experience with Azure architecture, governance, landing zones, and tenant/subscription design.
Strong knowledge of M365 security and Modern Workplace technologies.
Understanding of AD DS, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

Assess client environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design Azure and M365 architectures, roadmaps, and solutions.
Advise across M365, Azure, identity, security, and Modern Workplace.
Design and implement technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, PIM, Defender, EOP, and MCAS.
Provide technical recommendations and decision support to IT leadership.
Support architecture reviews, procurements, supplier discussions, and technical workshops.
Contribute to internal methods, AI initiatives, and ways of working.
