Accounting Consultant – Fund & SPV Services

About the role

As an Accounting Consultant within our Fund Services team, you will be responsible for supporting client entities together with your team. You will be our clients’ local expert on accounting, financial reporting and ongoing administration. The role requires ownership, independent delivery and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing accounting, reconciliations, payment processing, VAT reporting and cash management activities
• Month‑end and year‑end closing processes, financial reporting and preparation of annual accounts
• Co‑ordination of audits, and ongoing communication with clients, auditors and other stakeholders
• Supporting reporting to group functions and contributing to high‑quality client deliverables
• Participation in internal projects, process improvements and development initiatives

Qualifications

• A degree in accounting, business administration or equivalent
• +5 years of relevant experience within accounting and financial reporting
• Hands‑on experience in day‑to‑day bookkeeping, month‑end and year‑end closing processes and financial reporting
• Good accounting understanding and experience with reconciliations, period‑end close and reporting
• Good Excel skills and a genuine interest in accounting systems and digital tools
• Fluency in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience with Visma Business NXT, consolidated reporting environments, IFRS, international company or fund administration is an advantage
