Job summary

Hyundai Motor Sweden seeks a leader to drive the Product and Pricing function, shaping a competitive model portfolio and pricing strategy for the Swedish market. You will align product specifications and lifecycle data with internal systems and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Hyundai Motor Europe to deliver timely launches, accurate information, and data-driven decisions that enhance dealer performance and customer relevance across

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in business, economics, engineering, product management, pricing, or related field.
• Experience in product management, pricing, product planning, sales planning, or a comparable commercial role, preferably automotive.
• Strong understanding of automotive product lifecycle, model structure, specifications, pricing logic, and market positioning.
• Advanced analytical capability with large volumes of data across product, pricing, specification, and market data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with product data systems is a plus.
• Excellent administrative discipline and data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product and Pricing function for Hyundai Sweden, shaping strategy and portfolio throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyze market, competitor, and customer data to develop a competitive model portfolio and pricing strategy.
• Coordinate with Hyundai dealers and internal teams across Europe to align strategy, launches, and commercial targets.
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and specification data across Excel and internal systems, ensuring data quality and compliance.
