Job summary

Navigio, a value-creation consultancy backed by Navigio Capital, is looking for Associate Consultants to join the Strategy & Organisation practice in Stockholm. You will work in small teams on high-impact client assignments, from analysis through to recommendations and support for implementation.

The role offers early responsibility, exposure across industries, and a culture of collaboration and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials.
• Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work in teams of 2–4 consultants on challenging and high-impact assignments for clients.
• Involve across the project lifecycle—from analysing complex business and organisational challenges to developing recommendations and supporting implementation.
• Work closely with experienced consultants, senior leaders and clients from day one, gaining responsibility and rapid progression.
• Exposure across industries, companies and types of strategic and organisational challenges.
