Job summary

Navigio, a value-creation consultancy backed by Navigio Capital, is looking for Associate Consultants to join the Strategy & Organisation practice in Stockholm. You will work in small teams on high-impact client assignments, from analysis through to recommendations and support for implementation.

The role offers early responsibility, exposure across industries, and a culture of collaboration and entrepreneurship.

Qualifications

About the role

We are looking for Associate Consultants to join our Strategy & Organisation practice.

As an Associate Consultant, you will work in teams of 2–4 consultants on challenging and high-impact assignments for our clients. You will be involved across the project lifecycle – from analysing complex business and organisational challenges to developing recommendations and supporting implementation.

You will work closely with experienced consultants, senior leaders and clients from day one, giving you the opportunity to take responsibility early and develop rapidly. The role offers broad exposure across industries, companies and types of strategic and organisational challenges.

We are looking for team players with:

• A Master’s degree with excellent academic credentials
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably from a leading management consulting firm, strategy role or corporate environment
• Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others
• A genuine interest in strategy, organisations and leadership
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong drive to create impact

The starting date for the position is either January 2027, August 2027 or January 2028.
