Job summary

Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB is seeking a passionate Asset Developer to lead the development of large-scale battery energy storage systems (BESS). This role involves securing land rights, grid connections, and permits while collaborating with the EPC team across the Nordics and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project development experience in renewable energy, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the German energy market. Our office is located in Södermalm, and we support a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project development within the renewable energy sector.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong technical background and expertise in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of projects in all stages, from Lead generation to Ready to Build.
• Conduct technical assessments, secure grid connections, and oversee permitting processes.
• Negotiate with landowners, grid operators, and other stakeholders.
