Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB is seeking a Grid Manager to join their Asset Development team in Sweden. In this role, you will lead technical grid due diligence for projects and engage with TSOs and DSOs to optimally manage grid connections.

Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of relevant experience in the German power system, with fluency in both German and English being crucial. Strong technical and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position, which supports a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience with grid-related topics.
• Solid experience with grid connection processes in the German power system.
• Strong interpersonal and network-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical grid due diligence for acquired and in-house BESS projects.
• Act as Flower's technical interface with TSOs and DSOs.
• Evaluate and mitigate connection restrictions.
