Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Valve Assembly production unit in Ludvika. You will lead a diverse team of around 20 assemblers, ensuring safe and efficient production while delivering high-quality results.

You will mentor your team, foster development, and collaborate with other Hitachi Energy units, suppliers, and customers to meet deadlines and business goals. Fluency in Swedish is preferred for local collaboration and working in a global company.

Qualifications

• Leadership with ability to motivate others.
• Driven with technical education or equivalent experience in production flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Valve Assembly production unit (~20 people) to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Develop employees and the organization through coaching, feedback and continuous improvement.
• Ensure capacity and competence in the production area to meet deadlines and goals.
• Drive department improvement activities and cross-unit collaboration with Hitachi Energy teams, suppliers and customers.
