Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Sweden is seeking a Senior Amdocs Helix Administrator to lead platform upgrades and production support for telecommunications environments. You will design, build and continuously improve the client’s online platform, research new technologies, and ensure resiliency and availability across products.

The role requires 5+ years in Helix administration, strong Linux/Unix, scripting (Shell/Python), and excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents

Qualifications

• Senior Amdocs Helix Administrator with 5+ years of experience in administration and upgrades.
• Maintain platform stability; perform upgrades, patches, and production support.
• Administer and support Helix platform in production.
• Lead upgrades, patch installations, and migrations with minimal disruption.
• Configure systems, monitor health, troubleshoot, and tune performance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents.
• Develop upgrade plans, rollout procedures, and documentation.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
