Job summary

Steadfast Consultancy AB is seeking an experienced Amdocs Helix Administrator to administer, maintain and support the Helix platform in production. You will lead upgrades, patch installations, version migrations, and develop robust upgrade plans with rollback strategies to minimize service disruption.

• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.

Job description

Administer, maintain, and support the Amdocs Helix platform in a production environment.

Lead and execute platform upgrades, patch installations, and version migrations while ensuring minimal service disruption.

Perform system configuration, health monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and ensure platform stability.

Develop and maintain upgrade plans, implementation procedures, rollback strategies, and technical documentation.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience as an Amdocs Helix Administrator.
• Strong experience in Helix upgrades, migrations, and patch management.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, database concepts, and application support.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in telecom environments.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (Shell/Python).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 5+ years in application/platform administration with proven experience performing Amdocs Helix upgrades and migrations.
