Job summary
Enterprise Holdings is seeking a Helix Junior Developer in Sweden (Stockholm). You will configure and build solutions on the Helix platform while collaborating with senior colleagues who will provide guidance and mentoring.
Your responsibilities will include implementing workflows and integrating Helix with other systems. A degree in Computer Science or related field is required, and you should have a strong interest in ITSM and software development.
This role offers a flexible work arrangement with three days onsite and two days remote.
Qualifications
- Some experience with the BMC Helix platform.
- Interest in ITSM and eagerness to learn BMC Helix.
- Strong willingness to ask questions and challenge requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and build Helix components based on designs and guidance.
- Implement workflows and request experiences following platform patterns.
- Support the development of integrations between Helix and surrounding systems.
- Assist with bug fixing, testing, and troubleshooting across Helix solutions.
- Document configurations and changes clearly for maintainability.
- Participate in code and configuration reviews to learn best practices.
