Job summary

Foxway is seeking an AI Business Partner for Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS) to turn AI ideas into real business value. The role requires turning opportunities into working AI solutions, working hands-on with teams, and ensuring AI creates measurable impact across productivity, cost, margin or new ways of working.

You will report to the President of CWS and collaborate with Foxway's central AI organization and engineers, driving adoption and ensuring governance, privacy and security within

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in a professional environment.
• Strong track record of taking AI or automation use cases from idea through build, implementation and adoption.
• Ability to understand a business process and translate it into practical AI value.
• Enough technical depth to build and configure solutions yourself while knowing when deeper engineering is needed.
• Working understanding of data, APIs and integrations.
• Strong business judgement and ability to connect solutions to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Find and frame AI use cases across CWS, assessing value, feasibility and risk.
• Build and ship working AI solutions using the tools that best fit the problem.
• Take use cases from idea and prototype into daily business use and measurable value.
• Build clear value cases connecting AI initiatives to productivity, cost, margin or other outcomes.
• Drive adoption and process change, not just technology implementation.
• Maintain an overview of AI ideas and active use cases and keep delivery moving.
• Collaborate with central AI Engineers on deeper data, integrations or production engineering.
