Job summary

Foxway in Gothenburg is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join the Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS) Finance team. You will work across entities to strengthen closing quality, improve P&L and balance sheet control, and drive consistency in receivables, inventory, and cash flow.

You will coordinate for selected entities and help implement digital and AI-enabled finance improvements, collaborating with local Finance teams and the Head of Accounting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, accounting or financial controlling.
• Experience with month-end closing, P&L and balance sheet control.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Visma or Jeeves.
• Interest in AI, automation and new technology within Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support and strengthen month-end closing across CWS entities.
• Improve the quality and consistency of P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Follow up and create better visibility around receivables, inventory and cash flow.
• Take financial responsibility and coordination for selected entities.
• Support with the preparation of annual reports for CWS entities.
• Work closely with local Finance and Accounting teams to establish more consistent processes.
• Review existing ways of working and identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
• Support the implementation of digital, automation and AI-enabled Finance use cases.
• Contribute to building a more connected and scalable One CWS Finance organization.
