Job summary

Foxway is seeking an AI Business Partner for its Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS) area in Sweden. The role focuses on turning AI ideas into measurable business value, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering practical AI solutions while ensuring governance and security alignment.

You will identify opportunities, build business cases, test solutions, and drive adoption across CWS, reporting to the President of CWS and partnering with the Group AI organization and central AI

Qualifications

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in a professional environment, with the technical confidence to build and configure solutions yourself.
• Proven track record of taking AI or automation use cases from idea through build, implementation and adoption, with measurable business value.
• Ability to understand a business process, identify where AI can add value and translate into practical solutions.
• Strong business judgement and the ability to connect AI initiatives to measurable outcomes.

• Work closely with our central AI Engineers when deeper data, integrations, or production engineering are required.
• Share successful approaches across Foxway and help identify opportunities where AI could reshape how we work.

We're looking for an AI Business Partner for one of our business areas Circular Workspace Solutions (CWS) — a new role dedicated to finding, building and driving AI use cases from idea into daily business use.
This isn't a role for someone who simply advises the business on AI. You\'ll work hands-on with our teams, turn opportunities into working solutions and help us make sure AI creates measurable value whether through productivity, cost, margin or new ways of working.
You\'ll report to the President of CWS and work closely with our Group-wide AI organization and central AI Engineers.
Where AI meets the business Across CWS, we already have ideas for where AI could make a difference, and many more are still waiting to be discovered.
Your job is to connect the dots. You\'ll work across the business to identify and evaluate opportunities, understand the processes and data behind them, build and test solutions, and help teams put them into everyday use.
Just as importantly, you\'ll help us understand the business case behind AI: what value should this create, how do we measure it, and how do we make that improvement stick?

• Work within Foxway\'s AI governance, privacy and security framework and coordinate with CWS IT and Product & Service Management.

What you bring to the build
This is an experienced-level role. We’re looking for someone who has already delivered AI solutions in a business environment and can bring that experience into CWS from day one.
You might come from AI or technology consulting, AI transformation, technical project/product management, automation, or a similar hands-on role. More important than your current title is what you\'ve actually done.
You don\'t need to be an AI Engineer as we have dedicated Engineers for the deep build and technical plumbing. But you should be technical enough to turn an opportunity into something real, rather than stopping at the recommendation.

• Substantial hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in a professional environment, with the technical confidence to build and configure solutions yourself, not only advise on or use AI tools.
• A strong track record of taking AI or automation use cases from idea through build, implementation and adoption, with clear evidence of business value or measurable improvement.
• The ability to understand a business process, identify where AI can genuinely add value and translate that into something practical.
• Enough technical depth to build and configure solutions yourself, while knowing when deeper engineering is needed.
• A working understanding of data, APIs and integrations.
• Strong business judgement and the ability to connect solutions to measurable business outcomes.
• Confidence working with both operational teams and senior stakeholders and driving change across an organization.
